I will ask you to transfer a 30% deposit by bank transfer (or PayPal). This step will provide you with peace of mind that your chosen dates will remain booked.
Complete the booking process by paying the remaining 70% by bank transfer or cash upon arrival.

What is the cancellation policy?You can cancel your reservation up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, a 30% fee will be charged (deposit)

Can I bring my pet with me?Unfortunately, we do not accept pets at our property

Can I arrive by car? Do you have a parking available?Yes, you can arrive by car. There are plenty of free parking spaces near the residence, and we also have a covered garage suitable for medium or small-sized cars.

Can you provide an extra bed or a crib for a child?For a third guest, we have a sofa bed available, and for a baby, we provide a portable crib. Please let us know in advance if you need either of these options.

What are check-in and check-out instructions?Check-in: Check-in time is 15:00 PM. I personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over the keys. Please let me know your arrival time in advance, so I can be ready to meet you at the apartment Check-out: Please check out by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. You don’t need to follow any specific check-out instructions. Simply close the doors, turn off the lights, and leave the keys in the mailbox labeled with the apartment’s name "Garda Tranquil Escape"

What payment methods are available for the deposit and remaining balance?You can pay the deposit using any convenient method, such as a bank transfer or PayPal. The remaining 70% of the booking amount, after the deposit, can be paid upon arrival, and we also accept cash.

Do you provide cleaning during the stay?As per local regulations, we are unable to offer additional services during your stay. However, we can provide you with the contact information of a cleaning company so that you can arrange the service yourself.
